Terms & Conditions of Sale
- All goods sold by Bromogreat come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Netherlands Consumer Law. All Bromogreat customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
- All products carry return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. No advance replacement is available. Return shipping and insurance fees are paid by the customer when sending goods back to Bromogreat, unless special discount / arrangement given. Bromogreat will pay shipping fees when sending goods back to the customer.
- Proof of purchase are required for all returns. An online return authorisation must be filed and approved for any products being sent back to Bromogreat.
- A $100 per hour fee may apply if warranty goods are found to be without fault.
- Returns of non faulty items are considered on a case by case basis. A minimum 15% restocking fee applies.
- Above goods remain the property of Bromogreat until payment has been received in full. Until title passes, Bromogreat can retain, repossess and/or resell all goods.

Academic Pricing & Availability
Please note that orders cannot be dispatched until the required information is received and approved. Note: Academic, educational or government product may not be used for commercial purposes - heavy penalties apply Proof of enrolment/employment must either be:
* A copy of an official photo identification card from the education institution, or official documentation from the educational institution's registration office or government department verifying that the individual is a current student/employee of the institution at the time of purchase.
* For Microsoft products, if the official identification card does not include a photograph of the student/employee, the copy of the identification card must be accompanied by secondary photo identification.
Please include your web order number together with proof of identification to aid our processing of your order.
Conditions of Delivery
- Under 5kg - €10;
- 5-15kg (e.g. printer) - €18;
- Over 15kg (e.g. system) - €30.
Special freight offers may be available as advertised from time to time.
We dispatch 85% of orders same day. Order by 1:00pm for same day dispatch (weekdays only) for products in stock. An authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and receive the goods. Photo identification may be requested.
The goods shall be at the customer's risk from the date of delivery or the date upon which the customer is notified the goods are available for delivery, whichever comes first. Bromogreat shall use its best endeavours to meet the anticipated supply date or to supply the goods as soon as reasonably possible. If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, the customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Bromogreat as a result thereof, including all storage and handling costs, and Bromogreat at its absolute discretion, may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.
International Orders
Computer software: Return or exchange computer software will gladly be accepted if the product is faulty or defective. Where the plastic seal is broken and the software is neither faulty nor defective the return or exchange will not be accepted due to copyright and licensing restrictions.
Computer hardware: Return or exchange of computer hardware is subject to stricter guidelines based upon third party constraints on Bromogreat. You should confirm with Bromogreat prior to purchasing as to whether a computer hardware item is returnable, exchangeable or firm sale. We do not accept non-faulty returns on PCs and servers, notebooks, palmtop computers, hard drives, CPUs and memory etc.
Where a manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee, you will normally required to send the product directly to the manufacturer, who will process the refund themselves.
Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Bromogreat, except where the Trade Practices Act of Netherlands makes allowance. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned goods.
Warranty & Service
Backorder Cancellation Policy
Except for "special orders", an order may be cancelled before it has left our warehouse with no cancellation fee. If the order has left our warehouse, a fee may apply to cover courier and restocking costs.
Please note for all Back Order products, FULL payment required before order placed with our suppliers.
