I have received my gaming system, but I cannot find a windows license.
The windows license key should be located in a white envelope, open up, you will find the license key. Please gently scratch off the security cover.


Why after connecting all the cables, there is no display on my screen.
First, make sure the port used is correct, if there is a graphic card in the PC, then always choose the graphic card output.
Second, make sure the cable connection is correct.
Display cable -> HDMI cable <-> DVI cable -> VGA cable


Why I installed new HDD but computer does not list the new HDD volume in system?
For newly installed HDD, windows will need format the HDD first, please search Disk management and select new Drive (highlighted in black colour), right click to create new volume. Follow the default setting, system will format the HDD and create one system volume.


How could I redeem Gaming Code for my RTX 3080 / RTX 3090 Video Card?
- Please make sure the product is qualified and purchase date is in promotional period.
- Please register your video card with the participating brands (i.e. Asus, Gigabyte, MSI).
- A photo of the video card with Serial Number and purchase invoice from BPC Technology will be required for this redemption.
- Make sure correct name and email address is used for registration, this is important, as game code will be sent to nominated email address only.
- Install the video card into your PC.
- Install driver and update to the latest version with GeForce Experience, v3.18 or higher.
- Start GeForce Experience App then login to your NVIDIA account.
- Go to Account > Redeem (Located at top right hand corner on your screen).
- Finish redemption process. Make sure to redeem the code within the redemption period once you’ve obtained it

Why does it take so long to process my order? 
Because we have a large number of orders need to prepare. The processing time may be extended.


Does Kraken Power Gaming PC come with a warranty?
Yes, it comes with 2 years warranty and the parts follow the manufacturer’s warranty time.


How long does it take for my order?
 The Kraken gaming systems are built within 2-5 business days. Once your order is ready, we will send you the notification email with the tracking number.
Click and Collect orders usually take 1-2 business days.


If I paid express shipping, do you offer same-day delivery?
This is not a guaranteed service.  Our warehouse members will prepare the order once they received it and express delivery will usually take 1-2 business days and standard delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.


Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do, but not on all products such as gaming pc systems.  Orders above €200 will be free shipping


Do you offer price matching and discounts?
We do not have a price matching policy however we will try our best to do that.

Why I cannot connect to WIFI after I received the PC?
Some of the motherboards need you to download WIFI software. Please follow the link as a guide: https://motherboardpros.com/how-to-install-motherboard-drivers-without-cd/. After downloading the software, then restart the PC and it should solve the problem.
